St Dominic’s will be offering the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme to all pupils over 14 years of age. Initially, the main focus will be on recruiting pupils for the Bronze Award and developing the Silver Award. The Award Scheme requires a lot of effort from the individual pupil to achieve the Award. Each candidate has to find the time and the energy to devote to four activities over a minimum of a three month period.
