We strive to build and maintain partnerships with parents and will always listen to any concerns you may have, and work to bring about a positive outcome.  It may be that a named person can deal with your enquiry eg regarding uniform requirements.  Otherwise, the first point of contact in all cases relating to the school day is your child’s Form Tutor. 

For boarding pupils, any issues related to after school care should be directed initially to their Residential Area Leader.  In both cases, if the person is unable to help, they will be happy to direct you to the most relevant senior member of staff to answer any questions and resolve any concerns you may have. 

 In the office:    

The school office is open from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm.  We have four ladies working there throughout the week.  They are here to help at the following times:

Claire Edwards: Mon, Tues, Thurs  8.30 am to 4.30 pm

Madeleine Freshwater:  Weds to Fri. 8.30 am to 4.30 pm          

Stella Mills: Mon to Fri  8.30 am to 3.00 pm   

Katherine Reader: Mon to Thurs 8.30 am to 3.00 pm
